The Crew of the Claim Jumper

Oliver D'eltsen

A giant of a man who would rather be cooking for the crew than off exploring some dirty ship or asteroid. Oliver joined Mike's team for the chance to explore new planets and find amazing new ingredients and recipes, or at least that's what he's telling everyone.

While he tries not to get into confrontations they tend to find Oliver, mainly because of his best mate Greg. Oliver is quick to jump into and defuse a situation to save his friends, and his size gives him quite the advantage as a negotiator.

Greg Reeves

No one really knows much about Greg's past. All they need to know is Oliver vouches for him, and if anyone has anything to say about that they should think twice before voicing their opinion.

Greg's an alien from the outer rim, where most of the planets are very low tech. It's rumored that Greg's race went to the outer rim to study technology in an enviroment where it is critical to survive and available resources are scarce. Greg was bored with only theory. He wanted to apply his knowledge for real space applications. He met Oliver when his lack of social skills landed him in trouble with the locals on a nearby colony and the two have been best friends ever since.

Blog

The crew's salvage and medical robot, Blog is part of the family. Blog thrives on input of new data so he volunteers for every possible mission. His curiosity for knowledge can lead to chaos at times, but the benefits Blog brings to the group severely out weigh the liabilities.

April L'Bon

Security officer for the Cliam Jumper and Mike's girlfriend. Mike and April grew up on the same colony and were inseparable. Anyone one witnessing them knew that Mike and April were meant for each other.

No one was more shocked than April when Mike announced he was quitting the academy. The two joined up with their mutual friend John to work on a salvage crew where Mike worked in his youth. It wasn't log before they all proved their worth and had their own ship. Calling it a junker was being kind, but they were independent and ready for adventure.

Mike Connors - Atomik Mike

Mike was IGMU (Inter-Galactic Military University) Flight Academy’s brightest and best pilot in over fifty solar cycles. Everyone from major corporations to the military were trying to recruit Mike into their service.

Mike, however, wasn't buying. He had his own dreams. He wanted to have his own ship and run the space lanes to the outer rim and back, smuggling and running supplies that others were too scared to. Mike found himself a crew of rebels with the same care-be-damned attitude and he was off to make the world his.

John Flanigan

Growing up with Mike wasn't easy. Especially when you're raised to obey the rules like John was, but there was never a doubt that when Mike struck out on his own that John would become his second in command. John is all business, and he does his best to keep Mike focused on the main goal. He's completely loyal to Mike and the crew, but dreams of one day owning his own ship.
